THE PSALM 100 PROJECT

A collaborative project with Canadian artist Betty Spackman, The Center for Christianity, Culture, and the Arts and YOU!

WHAT WE NEED:

Submit a digital photograph representing your experience of God according to Psalm 100.
It can be any style – realistic or abstract, nature or human, architecture, action, work or play, close up or long shot, etc! It can even be a photograph of an original work of art.

Along with your photograph, please submit your name.

PSALM 100

“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness:
come before his presence with singing.
Know ye that the Lord he is God:
it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving,
and into his courts with praise:
be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting;
and his truth endures to all generations.”

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS NOVEMBER 15, 2014
Once the deadline has passed, 100 submissions will be chosen to create an original work of art by Betty Spackman.
The final product will be a framed, 4’x8’ aluminum print to be installed on Biola University’s campus in Spring 2015.

*Your digital submission must be at least 6’’ x 8’’and 300 dpi

**By submitting your photograph online, you are agreeing to allow Betty Spackman to alter, crop, collage, or otherwise use your submission as source material for the creation of a new piece of public art.
